Bianca Pizza and Pasta was founded in Tallahassee, FL by Hakan Egri in March of 2000.

It all started when Mr. Egri found an absence of a good, family oriented local Italian restaurant. His goal was to achieve a hospitable environment with an authentic cuisine.

At first, Bianca Pizza and Pasta was a relatively small-scale business that only served food for its surrounding businesses. After a year the business grew to become one of Tallahassee’s most innovative family-owned Italian restaurants. In recent years we have been renowned to cater our customers needs accordingly, reaching businesses and residential areas of all kind in Tallahassee, Quincy, Midway and Monticello. Bianca Pizza and Pasta Catering Services are available for your on or off premises dining occasions. We are the preferred caterer for the Tallahassee Community College, GTO, Stanadyne Inc. along with many other small or large scale businesses.
